IRG Executive Search is dedicated to ensuring that equality stays at the core of our organisation by actively engaging on equality program’s across all industries. We follow a voluntary code of conduct to address gender diversity issues in the workplace, and the best practice for related search processes.

The lack of gender diversity in corporations has been the object of debate over the past few years and we are committed to helping our clients increase the effectiveness of their teams and acknowledge the value diversity can bring.

IRG recognise the important role search consultants play in supporting our clients as they take steps to increase the proportion of women in the executive pipeline. By ways of guidance in best practice on gender equality, we set out key values from initial mandate planning, to designing the gender neutral briefs, and supporting the candidate(s) with the induction process.

IRG Executive Search joined the government’s Think, Act, Report initiative in 2014. Over 2.2 million employees now work for businesses that promote gender equality at work.

Think, Act, Report, introduced in September 2011, encourages companies to think about gender equality, take action to promote opportunities in their workplaces, and report on what they are doing. The initiative is supported by companies such as Tesco, Bupa, HSBC, Barclays, Shell and Vodafone.
