• Comprehensive scan to identify all relevant candidates
• Creation and presentation of market map and longlist of biographies of prospects
• Agree who is of interest to confidentially approach
• Bi-weekly calls to provide mutual updates on the search
2. Contact, Assess, Select & Present Shortlist to Interview
• Outreach calls to persuade relevant candidates to enter into discussions
• IRG interview the leading candidates and take informal references
• Present shortlists of candidates to interview with appropriate capabilities and qualified interest in the role and organisation
3. Interview Process Management
• Manage the interview process including scheduling interviews and obtaining timely interview feedback from all parties
• Provide regular and insightful feedback to clients
• Generate candidates until the search is completed
4. Offer Management
• Assist with negotiating compensation and offer terms where required
• Resignation coaching from a team hiring perspective
• Take and provide formal references
• Regular communication with all parties in transition period
