In recent years, private equity firms have developed their offerings and have moved from leveraged buyouts into venture capital funding, investing and turnaround. Deal sizes continue to grow and therefore competition for those deals is expanding. Therefore, PE firms are continuously looking for individuals to drive both operational and financial value in their portfolio companies.

Competition in the market is high, but the skillset required for leaders in the private equity space has changed as well. Individuals must be responsible for conducting due diligence work, setting strategy, generating deals, managing operations and advising investors on complex investment approaches in an intense and high-growth environment. We are accustomed to working with Private Equity houses requiring new management to reinforce investments at the start, or to accelerate the development of existing business.
